The Mission of CABR's Young Professional Network is to assist new and young agents as they transition into the real estate industry and give its existing and more experienced members the tools they need to advance their careers. The committee provides support for new agent recruitment, partnerships, mentorship, ideas for improving Board participation, and education opportunities. The committee's overall objective is to "bridge the gap" between intergenerational matters within the REALTOR community and initiatives to assist our membership in better assisting consumers.
