Message from the Mayor 

I want to start by again thanking you for making a commitment to bettering your city.  I really enjoyed meeting everyone at the Council meeting in June.  I enjoyed officially “deputizing” you as ambassadors.

Now, your duties begin.  We recently received some difficult news about the trends in our city’s population.  Every challenge is actually an opportunity.  There has never has been a more important time to be a Real Estate Ambassador.  Over the next few years, we have a tremendous opportunity to breath new life into our city by attracting new citizens.

I truly believe that Cincinnati is on the verge of a rebound.  Everywhere you look there are new opportunities for citizens looking for housing options.  Our neighborhoods are experiencing new investment and development, as well as creative redevelopment efforts.  In addition, the downtown condominium market is exploding. 

Time and again we have seen that there is a demand for good, quality housing opportunities in Cincinnati.  The challenge for you as Real Estate Ambassadors is to match the citizens’ demand to the right housing choice. You are on the front lines.  Cincinnati has a bright future ahead.  I am looking forward to your help as we put Cincinnati back on top.
