The MLS of Greater Cincinnati, Inc. and Dayton MLS Establish a Reciprocity Agreement

A "Reciprocity Agreement" has been created between the MLS of Greater Cincinnati and the Dayton MLS. This agreement enables an MLS Participant office of Cincinnati to join the Dayton MLS as a "secondary MLS member." As a secondary member, the Designated REALTOR / Principal Broker must join and only those agents or appraisers in that office who want access to Dayton MLS need to pay dues and will receive a personal access. The remaining agents or appraisers are not required to pay dues and receive no access rights. In addition, those who join the Dayton MLS as secondary members receive a $72 annual discount on their secondary MLS (Dayton) dues, as long as they remain a member of both MLSs.

Cincinnati Brokers wishing to become a Secondary Member of Dayton MLS: click here and print off the Office / Roster Addendum, fill it out completely, and fax or send it to the Dayton MLS.

Dayton Brokers wishing to become a Secondary Member of Cincinnati MLS: Please print off, fill out completely and fax or mail the following paperwork to the MLS of Greater Cincinnati:
