Brad will take you through the ethics process and give a comparison of the Ohio canon and National Association of REALTORS code of ethics standards.
You will learn: · To identify the common themes and articles of the Code and Canon of Ethics · Identify and take steps to eliminate bad business practices in protecting the public · Gain knowledge of the enforcement process · Understand possible disciplinary actions · Analyze in depth case study examples

A Realtor for over 30 years, Brad has served on numerous committees on a local and statewide basis. He served as president of the Ohio Association of REALTORS in 2008. He has also served as the chair of OAR Professional Standards Forum as well as NAR’s Professional Standards Committee and will be Chair of that committee in 2012 and on both Warren County and Cincinnati Boards of REALTORS Professinal Standards, Grievance and Arbitration Committees and on the OAR task force formed to create the Ethics requirement for NAR. |
