The Commercial Real Estate Council is presenting a Sustainable Design seminar in partnership with SHP Leading Design (formerly Steed Hammond Paul).   The program will be held at Linden Pointe on the Lateral, the former Globe-Warneke site.  Topics include:

· Goals and Objectives of LEED

· Perspectives and Costs of Sustainability

· Calculating ROI’s

· Panel Discussion on the Benefits of LEED Projects—includes tenant, broker , developer and architect views.

Fee is $35 for CRECGC members and $45 for nonmembers. 

The course offers 3 hours of Ohio elective credit.
