What are "Hits?" - and - Where can I find them!

 

The Hits field displays how many times Clients/Agents have accessed your listing to look at the Rapattoni CincyMLS.net Listing Detail” page.

 

An "Agent" Hit is counted when:

  • an agent - logged on to Rapattoni MLS - clicks on the MLS# to display the "Listing Detail" page.

A "Public/Client" Hit is counted when:

  • a client receives an "Auto-Prospecting" or "Manual" email, clicks on the link to "View Listings" then clicks the "Click here for Additional Information" link to display the "Listing Detail" page.

  • a client, who has access to the "Client Portal" clicks on the link to "View Details" to display the "Listing Detail" page.

  • a client visits a member Broker's web site that uses the Rapattoni Smart Framing IDX/BR solution, and clicks on the "View Details" link to display the "Listing Detail" page.

  • a client visits www.CincyMLS.com and searches Open Houses using the MLS Open House search, and clicks on the "View Details" link to display the "Listing Detail" page.

A "Public/Client" or "Agent" Hit is not counted when:

  • a client visits a Broker's web site that uses a custom IDX/BR solution. (Does not use Rapattoni Smart Framing Solution)

  • a client receives an "Auto-prospecting" or "Manual" email, clicks on the link to "View Listings" but does not click the "Click here for Additional Information."

  • a client visits Realtor.com

  • the listing agent clicks on their own MLS# to display the "Listing Detail" page. (Agent Hits)


Where can I find them?

 

You can only see the Hits on a listing if it is your listing (Agent, ADMIN, Manager, Broker). The number of Hits, though limited in scope, does give you an idea of the interest in your listing. There is no way to report who has been "hitting" your listings. You can display the number of Hits on your listings several ways:

  • View and Revise Your Listings Page (using the One Line ICON display format) (Public/Client & Agent Hits)

  • Revise Listing Page (Public/Client & Agent Hits  / ADMIN, Manager, Broker)

  • Listing Detail Page and Full Detail Display (Public/Client & Agent Hits)

  • Client Summary with Hits Report (Public/Client & Agent Hits)

  • Full Agent Detail Report (Total Hits Only)

  • Production and Inventory Report (Total Hits Only)

  • One Line Grid Display (Total Hits Only)


Quick "View and Revise Your Listing Page" Instructions

 
Click LISTINGS, click View/Revise Your Listings. On the View/Revise Your Listings page, change the "Display" format to "One Line ICON." Hover your mouse over the various ICONs to discover their functionality. Plus "Hits" are now shown as "Public/Client" and "Agent!" (Depending on your screen resolution, you may have to scroll to the right to see the "Hits.") (Hint:  is the "revise listing" ICON.) (Hint: To print this page, click the printer ICON in the "Tool Bar." Change the print settings to "landscape" in the printer dialogue box. You may need to minimize your Internet Explorer page margins to their minimum to fit this report on one landscape page. Click here for page set up instructions.
