The Ohio Association of REALTORS offers 21 on-line programs or modules that have been approved for real estate continuing education credit through the Ohio Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing, representing over 100 available hours.

According to ODRE, licensees can now take all 30-hours of real estate continuing education on-line, including the 9-hours of core courses (3-hours each of Core Law, Civil Rights and Ethics). The maximum per course or module that can be presented is 6-hours.

In cooperation with NAR's REALTOR University, we are pleased to offer many of the NAR designation programs such as ABR, ABRM and CIPS on-line for elective real estate continuing education credit. Also included is "Ethics: The Measure of Professionalism," and "Ohio Makes Agency Simple."

How do I get my continuing education certificate?
You can expect to receive your real estate continuing education certificate via e-mail within 48-hours of completing your on-line course. If you complete your course on a weekend or holiday, your certificate will be processed the next business day.
