integrates with our Rapattoni MLS system. Get

First Time
Users:
Logon to Rapattoni
CincyMLS. Click "SEARCH" then
click "Tax Records." The Realist®
"END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT" will be
displayed. Scroll down to the bottom of
the page, click the pull-down selector
button, click "I Accept" then
click "Submit." The Realist®
"home page" will be displayed.
Note!
Internet Explorer 6 is the recommended
Browser for Realist®. Do NOT use the
Internet Explorer toolbar buttons while
using Realist®. Use the Realist® printer
ICON to
print. Use the Realist® envelope ICON
to
e-mail. Use the Realist®
breadcrumbs/footprints/path to navigate
within the Realist® system. Sample

Note
Administrators! When entering
a new listing in one of the Realist®
counties, you have the option to
"Search County Records" to auto-populate
the Tax ID#.

The first time you
select to view an "Assessor Map" you
should be prompted to download the
Realist® Image Viewer. Click "Yes"
at the download prompt, it will quickly
install the viewer and proceed to open
the Assessor's map.
Note!The Rapattoni system has been enhanced
to link directly to Realist®
from a listing on all displays. The "Scroll" ICON
links
to the tax record. The "vm" has been
replaced with a "Screen" ICON
to
link to the Virtual Media (Tour). The
"p"
or "p+" has been replaced with a "number

The database is updated for property
owners who register with the FTC's
Do-Not-Call list, the Direct Marketing
Association (DMA) do-not-mail list, and
other state maintains non-solicitation
lists. For these owners,
the words "no
calls"
will be displayed
next to the phone numbers and
"no mail" next
to the mailing
addresses. Mailing labels will not be
produced for these properties. Upcoming
enhancements are also planned for these
features.
