Spotlight on Contracts & Forms

CABR has a library of contract clauses and more than 40 contracts and forms available for use by CABR members.

Here are 2 new forms approved August 2016!

CABR New Construction Guide:  Navigating through the process of purchasing/building a new home can be overwhelming.  This guide can help.  From finding the location to establishing a price and closing on the completed project, this form identifies common issues that need to be discussed with the buyer and builder.

CABR Vacant Land Information Sheet:  Similar to the Residential Property Disclosure Form, this form is to be used as a mechanism for a seller to provide information on vacant land.  It does not take the place of due diligence on the part of a buyer to inspect the property and confirm matters that are of relevance to the buyer.  One big difference from the Residential Property Disclosure Form – this form is completely voluntary.  The seller is not obligated to complete the form, but may find it as a convenient way to share pertinent information related to the property.
