(CINCINNATI—February 23, 2017) Get ready, get set and go to the region’s largest new home open house event, Parade Craze Tour of New Homes, which will feature 41 homes constructed by 15 builders, priced between$160,000 to over $1 million, reports the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati (HBA), producer of the scattered-site show.
The show will be held Saturday-Sunday, noon – 5 pm, April 8-9, 15; 22-23; 29-30, in a variety of communities throughout Butler, Clermont, Hamilton and Warren counties. Admission is free. The show will be closed on April 16 in recognition of Easter.
Each weekend, show goers will be able to participate in a special prize package drawing which will include a $500 furniture package, $500 landscaping gift card, $500 decorating gift card and a vacuum cleaner. The entire package is valued at $2,500. The more homes visited the greater the chances of winning this fantastic grand prize.
The Parade Craze app (Cincinnati version) can be downloaded on any mobile device. It includes directions to all the homes, photos of the homes, information on the builders and complimentary show tickets. Tickets are required for admission to the show homes and for participation in the grand prize drawing. Additional show information can be obtained at CincyBuilders.com.
Free home show printed guidebooks can be obtained at any participating home. Many of the participating show builders will be providing discounts for any buyers who make purchases during the course of the show.
