An Important Email from CABR Regarding Governor Dewine’s “Stay at Home Order”

Realtors, Appraisers and Affiliates,

A short time ago, Governor Dewine issued a “Stay at Home Order” for all non-essential businesses, this is the latest step in curbing the spread of this dangerous virus. As it may make many of our friends, family and clients uneasy. Rest assured we are working hard to provide the services and support you need to continue your business operations.

It is important that you monitor all correspondence issued from CABR, your Brokers/Managers, the Ohio Realtors and your State and Local Governments.  In general, real estate is considered an essential business, we are working on getting more clarity on this matter, so per the order, it should be business as usual for each of you, subject to any and all protective practices.  As you continue your essential business, please take extra precautions to help avoid the spread of this virus.

At this moment, we have compiled the links below to guide us in the near term. This is a highly fluid situation. Please review the attached link regarding the actual order below.  Also, please find below, a link to a daily updated page from the Ohio Realtors regarding any new updates on the virus.

The CABR and MLS offices will remain closed indefinitely to any non-staff with staff working from both home and the office.  If you are in need of lockbox services, please call the MLS and set an appointment.

As further information becomes available, we will forward it to you.

Thank you and please be safe,

Best Regards,

Kelly Meyer, President
