Cincinnati Area Board of REALTORS (“CABR”) respects the intellectual property rights of others. CABR sites, www.cabr.org, and other sites or mobile applications owned or operated by CABR (“Site” or “Sites”) on which this notice appears or is linked are subject to this notice.

This site follows the safe harbor provisions of 17 USC § 512, otherwise known as the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DCMA”). As such, CABR will respond to written notification of copyright infringements in accordance with the DCMA. Please be advised that you may be liable for damages if you materially misrepresent that information or other content is infringing your copyrights. The following notice requirements are intended to comply with CABR’s rights and obligations under the DMCA and do not constitute legal advice.

  • Your electronic or physical signature.

CABR may request additional information before removing any infringing material. CABR may provide the alleged infringing party with your email address so that they may respond to your allegations.
