The purpose of this course is to make sure that real estate agents understand the current legal requirements under Ohio License Law. This course focuses on how these laws apply to the agent’s business.
Topics include:
- Agency laws
- Realtor and Broker Liability
- Contracts
- Advertising laws.
Agents will also receive a brief legal update and case studies that highlight issues faced by residential real estate agents.
