Learn new consumer trends and behaviors that can affect how real estate transactions take place. The instructor will identify how agents need to adjust to new consumer behaviors, and how to better communicate with their clients to improve the overall experience the customer has. Learn how to identify the different consumer types, and how to work best with each client based on their consumer behavior.
Learn the importance of getting feedback from your clients, both positive and constructive criticism, and the proper protocol when asking for feedback. Agents will learn how to identify the fears they have when working with clients, and will develop a strategy to overcome them to better serve the clients.
