Creating Your Consistent Commission Plan

Learn how to find business and keep it coming! Students will learn the traditional ways agents find new business, compared to finding new
business through developing a “specialty”. Learn the importance of having a specialty to further an agent’s career, and how specializing in an area of real estate benefits the consumer, and why it’s important to the consumer.
The instructor will identify several areas within the real estate market that agents could develop their skills and specialize in, and the emphasize the importance of selecting an area that you actually enjoy practicing. Agents will identify a possible specialty and develop a plan to work with consumers in this area. The instructor will teach students how the marketing material should be created to ensure your customers are confident in your specialty.
