Explore the pros and cons of different listing consultations strategies, compare the 1 meeting approach vs. the 2 meetings approach, and when to use each one. Identify different listing package options that could be used for your meetings.
Learn how to prepare for the consultation in a focused manner by becoming an expert in the components and forms that will be consistent in every meeting. Walk away knowing what you should and should not leave at the seller’s home after the appointment. Learn how to feel as confident as possible during the meeting, and why this is important to both you and the client. The instructor will teach you how to handle unexpected questions during the meeting, and how to achieve the ability to be flexible, how to bring the meeting to a close, and explaining the next steps to the client to ensure they’re truly ready to sell.
