Working Together in New Construction Sales

Learn how to better work with their clients and builders in the new construction sales process. Agents will learn the importance of understanding the different roles in the transaction. Learn the process of building of a new home, starting with plan and site selection. The agents will learn how to review upgrades for the clients, as well as how to review building plans, and coordinating site visits to the home. Agents will learn the financing options for new construction, what forms are needed and fees that clients should be aware of.
The disclosures required for new construction will be reviewed, along with the inspection process and different home warranties. The class will close with explaining how REALTORS and builders should follow the Cooperative Sales Guidelines that have been created by CABR and the Home Builders Association.
